Shipping Policy

We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your order during the checkout process and in your order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method you choose.

The estimated delivery time is up to 6 business days within Denmark and up to 10 business days for international shipments.

You will receive a more precise delivery estimate in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Through the link in the email, you can track your package with PostNord, GLS, or DAO within 48 hours.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, we recommend contacting our customer service directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase and received confirmation from us, you have 14 days to send the item back.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is protected during transport. Please make sure to pack the item securely and correctly—do not use the original packaging as outer shipping packaging.
