We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your order during checkout and in your order confirmation. This may vary depending on the items you’ve selected and the chosen delivery method.

The expected delivery time is up to 6 business days within Denmark and up to 10 business days for international shipments.

You will receive a more precise delivery estimate in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Through the link provided in the email, you can track your package via PostNord, GLS, or DAO within 48 hours.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days after receiving the shipping confirmation, we recommend contacting our customer service team directly.
